Ms. Annie Raju is a cancer patient. She is a nurse, lost her husband in an auto accident, lost her siblings and family in particular the patient went struggling to meet the exorbitant medical bills that was running into several thousands of dollars. Physically maimed and famished, she needed immediate and urgent assistance to get her through this predicament as her own resources were extremely limited.

Vijayalakshmi, a practicing nurse in a local nursing home in Bangalore, India for several years was at first diagnosed with duct carcinoma (cancer) of the left breast. Carcinoma of the breast is the most frequent malignant tumor to which the human female is subject to and accounts for the largest number of deaths than any other single form of cancer in women. She needed immediate and urgent financial assistance as her children have deserted her after marriage making it even more difficult to survive. Additionally her son aged 33 years also passed away recently.

Hithaishi was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a rare genetic disorder that progressively weakens the muscles. She needs a one-time Zolgensma gene therapy injection, costing approximately Rs 16 crores, which was required before she turned one year old. Now 4 years old, she is unable to sit or turn on her own.

Mohan Babu underwent a heart transplant at Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad. SRT contributed Rs 2 lakhs towards the surgery, which has been completed successfully.

Elain hailing from Mumbai and a working nurse needed a kidney transplant. Fighting for her life, through help from well meaning friends and sponsors, she went through a successful transplant.
