About This Program
The XTLCI Women Empowerment Project ("My Village My Business"), supported by the Ex-Tata Leaders Charity Initiative and implemented by PURE India Trust, helped rural women across 10 villages near Jaipur launch small businesses.
As of July 2026, 5 women completed EDP training and all 5 launched businesses — 2 Flour Mills, 2 Tailoring units, and 1 Grocery Shop — generating ₹1,69,790 in total revenue and ₹86,546 in profit (avg. ₹4,218 per woman).
Notably, 40% of beneficiaries are widows and 80% belong to OBC/ST categories, showing the program is reaching genuinely vulnerable women.
